I know the picture doesn't depict the most beautiful destination, but there's not a difficult road to get there either. What this quote means is success cannot come without hardships and dedication. Everyone fails one time or another. You'll fail many times before you achieve your dreams; that is, if you keep working to achieve your dreams and you never give up.
It's important to never give up, even if the road gets tough. Otherwise, you'll never achieve your dreams. And after all the hard work and hardships you've went through, you deserve to achieve them. Keep working hard and never give up.
