Kansas City Upcylced Fishbowl

Hello. I'm sorry it's been so long since my last post. I've been very busy and haven't had the gumption to blog, but I do have a wonderful project I'd like to share with you. I'm a big fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, and I had an old fishbowl lying around, so I decided to make a Kansas City Chiefs lamp. Here's a step by step tutorial of how I did it.
First, I sketched out my designs on paper and taped them to the inside of my fishbowl. To make the paper to take to the shape of the fishbowl, I cut it along the bottom.
After that I painted the designs on the outside of the fishbowl. The best paint to use on glass is enamel paint. If you, don't have any you can use acrylic paint, and bake the glass when done painting.
Next, I used yellow acrylic paint to paint the edges of the bowl.(Shown in next step)
To get the effect of sunglass, I mixed one part glue with one part water, and a lot of red food coloring. I recommend painting on a lot of thin layers, rather than a few thick layers, otherwise your "paint" will drip onto your edges like mine did. Bake 20 min after painting to help prevent streaks.

Finally, I taped LED lights to the inside of the bowl.
