Artwork I've Created: Sad Girl

 

I drew this quite awhile ago. It's a graphite pencil drawing. I started by drawing her eyes. I spent quite a bit of time of them because they're the main focus point of the artwork. Next, I drew in her nose to give me an idea of where the hands were supposed to be. Then, I drew in the hands. I erased some of the shading on the skin and outlined it to create a tear.

The last thing I drew on her face was her lips. After that, I drew in her hair and the hood of her jacket. Then I shaded a black border around to cover up the rest of the white space on my paper. That's how I created this artwork. Enjoy!
