Missing Pieces Art Journal Entry

The quote is very true. Sometimes if you want something, you just have to do it yourself. You can't wait around and let life happen to you. You have to create the life you want.

This piece of art was also created by me. I glued down two book pages to my journal and watercolored over them with red, orange, and yellow. I sketched out the words with pencil first, and then I colored them in with black sharpie. I painted the puzzle pieces white, with the exception of one red one to make it stand out. Then I cut out a cardboard man and painted him white. I or glued all of the 3D objects to the pages and the artwork was complete!
